Trying Out: New Post-Workout Drink - Hot Cocoa Green Tea


As in title. Results: Bitter, but not unpleasant. (I am already used to such tastes.) Not sure if there really will be long-term health benefits. Highly suggest beginner green tea drinkers add a tablespoon or two of honey (of your choice, can be normal, organice raw, Manuka, etc, etc). Beginner hot cocoa drinkers may also like to add skim milk to your liking. PS: This is my first ever video. You will not see my face in it. It is unedited, please do forgive all the shortcomings. My aim is just to share this drink which I am excited about. =))) Thank you so much!
